This week features two Arizona Cardinal WR's in the top ten as they take on a hapless 49ers team under the bright lights of Monday Night football. Here are the week 10 projections:
Fantasy Football week 10 WR projections
1. Anquan Boldin-
Now healthy after the hard hit he took that almost forced Kurt Warner to retire for guilt after throwing a bad ball, Boldin is ready to tear up the league again. He has been putting up historic numbers since coming into the league despite playing on bad teams and the Niners will get torched by this top WR in week 10.
2. Lee Evans-
Buffalo will head to New England a bit down after their loss at home last week but Evans always brings his A game. He will get loose for a deep TD or two on New England just like every week. New England's secondary is quicker without Rodney Harrison but one false move by a youngster and Evans will get loose.
3. Laveranues Coles-
The NY Jets star WR will put up some nice fantasy numbers against a poor St. Louis Rams defense this week with Brett Favre at QB.
4. Roddy White-
On turf in a shootout with New Orleans, this upcoming fantasy WR star is Matt Ryan's favorite target. Week 10 should see plenty of fireworks.
5. Andre Johnson-
Against Baltimore, Johnson will find things tough. But when average teams face top defenses they usually feed their best players the ball to get whatever kind of advantage they can.
6. Greg Jennings-
At Minnesota on turf, expect Jennings to grab some big fantasy football WR points on his customary slants and/or deep balls. His speed will shine indoors vs. the Vikings.
7. Calvin Johnson-
A case can be made to put this top young WR higher even with Daunte Culpepper's rust. Culpepper doesn't know much of the playbook but if he plays he could always chuck the ball deep to Johnson using his freakishly strong arm in week 10.
8. Larry Fitzgerald-
Arizona will light up the Niners and Fitzgerald and Boldin are both capable of 15-20 fantasy points this week at WR in the standard scoring system.
9. Vincent Jackson-
Hard player to figure but against KC he should get some nice fantasy points at WR in week 10.
10. Braylon Edwards-
Even with 2-3 big drops a week, he still puts up big points, and Denver will give up 2-3 long passes to the former Michigan star in week 10. Fantasy football doesn't factor in drops so Edwards is a must-play every week.
